During an interview on the Today show, Jane admitted that the videos she created in the 80’s and the work out program from that time is too excessive for her now.  Recognizing the importance of exercise for women of all generations, she created a series of work out videos specifically for the Baby Boomers and beyond.

Studies have shown that regular exercise can reduce many of the symptoms associated with menopause and that women who are physically active will typically have fewer and milder vasomotor symptoms (including hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disturbances) than sedentary women. Exercise can also help ward off postmenopausal health risks.

Keeping your body healthy and hydrated, through exercise and moisturizing oils, will make you feel and look so much better. If vaginal dryness is making exercise uncomfortable, then it may be time to treat yourself to alittle VRC.
