Women Helping Women and Menopause The Musical

Menopause The MusicalThis week I went to see the show “Menopause the Musical” -The Hilarious Celebration of Women and The Change, have you seen it yet?

They covered every issue that most of us women experience when living through menopause; hot flashes, mood swings, memory problems, peeing all the time, to questions about our sexuality.

It was hysterical: we laughed throughout the entire performance. It especially hit home for my friend Wendy and I because we both have dedicated ourselves to helping woman overcome this change in life.

Olga’s Secret For Gynecological Surgery Recovery

I was talking to a woman this week that is on our auto ship program (every 30 days).  She loves the results of Vaginal Renewal Complex® and has been on our program for about a year.

She has undergone a couple of surgeries of a gynecological nature.  After her proceduresVaginal Renewal Complex in the Bath she was unable to use Vaginal Renewal Complex® internally until she healed.  But in the interim period she opted to use our blend of natural oil blend externally to soothe the incisions, with the approval of her doctor, and found it helped in the healing process.

She even put some of our Vaginal Renewal Complex® in the bath water and found it refreshing and made the affected area feel better.

Let’s Talk about Vaginal Dryness and Painful Sex

Finally! Women are talking about Vaginal Dryness and Painful Sex
In a recent article by Jane Brody “Persistence Is Key to Treating Vaginal Pain” in the New York Times, published on August 6, 2012, Ms. Brody explained that vaginal dryness most commonly occurs due to a loss of estrogen. This can be the result of menopause, cancer, and chemotherapy or even from breast-feeding.

Dr. Deborah Coady author of “Healing Painful Sex” urged women with dryness and sexual pain not to give up and to seek relief from this discomfort. But unfortunately she offered the less then adequate solution of using K-Y Jelly or Replens to help make sex more pleasurable. As well as the use of oils four times a day for dryness.

Is Sex A State of Mind?

We think when we are young we just take for granted that sex is part of our world.  I grewup in the sixties and got married at 18 years old (much too young).  That’s what we did back then.   For most of us, our husbands were our “first”, so when I got divorced and became sexually active with a new partner, I was scared.   “What if I was not a good sex partner”. How would I know, I had not had sex with anybody else.

Is Sex A State of Mind?

“How would I look to him naked”?  When the time came, it was perfect!!  My libido was raging and it all seemed right.

Now we are over middle age and we still want to feel the same way.  I have spoken with several women who just want to feel that libido again.  As we physically change, our state of mind changes.  We have to create the atmosphere to make it right.  As our estrogen levels decreases so does our yearning for sex.

Men and the Vaginal Renewal Complex

What would we do without our man? I speak with women all week long.

Sometimes they don’t want to order via the web site, or they have questions to be answered.  Many times they just want to talk.  I had a client call this week as she does every month to order Vaginal Renewal Complex. We talk about many different things.  He wants to helpWhen I suggested she go on our auto ship program to save her shipping cost, she told me the $6.95 she spends was worth it just to chat with me. What a compliment. I really get so much out of these conversations.

But what I find even more commendable are the men that call on their partners behalf.  Some have been together for many years and some not so long.

The secret to youthful radiant skin, what is your skincare regimen?

It is never too early or too late to start caring for your skin.

When I was a teenager, I was prone to get clogged pores and pimples.  It was embarrassing and painful.  I would pick at them every morning before school.  My parents finally sent me to a dermatologist who taught me the importance of keeping my face healthy and clean. And what a difference it made. To this day, I never use harsh soaps to cleanse my face.

But, as I maturClean Beautiful Skined so did my skin.  It was probably my experience as a teenager that drew me to the cosmetic business for so many years. There I learned even more, what is good and not for your skin. I really take good care of my skin.  I get a facial once a month.  I have my face exfoliated, cleansed, I get a glycolic peel and light fusion treatments, each month.  I have been doing that for over 20 years.
